The vision and mission of NTD is to provide Cameroonians of today with modern low cost house that withstand changing times and meet the standards of an emerging nation by 2035 and beyond.
Hence the emphasis is on enhancing the quality of NTD houses by constructing modern houses while avoiding unnecessary expenditure on building fences or acquiring more land than required for a given economic level.
