Equally all home owners make an undertaking to be part of NTD fee paying Home Owner’s Association (HOA) and to abide by its rules and regulations. This HOA’s is to uphold and preserve the planned nature of NTD by ensuring that external modifications of buildings and fences must first be approved by it.
