In each category NTD Town Planners, surveyors and architects have master designs from which the Customer choices but is free to modify to suit his taste.
Equally, per category, the Customer may come in with a design of his/her choice. When such design is approved for NTD, it is then incorporated into the others and made available for others to choose and modify as is the case for all others.
Aurora Building Materials Co. is also a building construction co. which customers may use to build their homes. However, they are free to have another company build their houses provided that in such a case ABM engineers and architects must oversee the construction to ensure compliance with agreed design specifications.
