Ndeh Tawah

NDEH TAWAH is a collaborative leader who specializes in merging diverse viewpoints into an effective and comprehensive strategy. He intuitively seeks to drive material business advantage by thorough analysis and continuous review of the status quo to find improvement opportunities. Leading by example, Ndeh’s expertise in business development and strategy earn him a seat at the table wherever he serves. 

Currently, as Vice President in Citigroup’s Cards Division, Ndeh oversees the forecasting and analysis of marketing investment and contra revenue. He has led several improvement measures to the forecasting process. On a monthly basis he synthesizes the forecasts and analysis for US Cards’ executive management to make companywide decision making.   

Previously as Business Development Manager at Columbia Orthopedics, Ndeh developed a capacity analysis model which improved the operational efficiency of the practice. He also played a key role in corporate outreach and led the financial analysis of the firms bid to provide onsite medical services for Morgan Stanley’s New York corporate offices. Prior to this Ndeh had a successful career in Wells Fargo Auto Finance Division culminating in the team’s $600 million revenue quarter in 2006, at the time record breaking. In 2009, he moved to Cameroon and assisted Mr. Crecy Tawah (founder and CEO) build the initial structure of Aurora Building Materials in Bamenda, Cameroon before returning to New York to pursue an MBA. 

Ndeh holds an MBA from the Fordham University of New York where he was president of the Black and Hispanic MBA Association and a B.S from University of Scranton where he was also a member of the Men’s Varsity Soccer team. He coaches youth soccer at Asphalt Green Soccer Club and has been a mentor for several organizations with a focus on youth education, most recently with College Awareness Symbolizes Hope (C.A.S.H).
